🏡 What Happens When a Mortgage Lender of 10 Years Becomes an Athens Realtor

Most Athens homeowners would like to know what their house is worth and don't want to start a conversation with a realtor to find out.

Team Bernstein is Jason and Lisa Bernstein, a husband-and-wife team who own their own Athens brokerage.

Lisa spent ten years as a mortgage lender before she ever sold a house, which is the side of the table that decides whether a deal actually closes, and she's been licensed 29 years across Colorado and Georgia and runs the brokerage as managing broker.

Jason is a fourth-generation Athenian with family roots in Oconee, Madison, and Oglethorpe County, and he's worked this market for 24 years.

A family closing on their mother's house from out of state after she passed away wrote that the team handled the complicated parts for them when they couldn't be there in person.

Tell them your address below and they'll send back what your house would sell for in today's Athens market, with no obligation and no listing conversation attached.

It's the fastest way to replace a guess with a real number.
