Brett's Casual American is expanding with a new concept called Brett's Backyard. According to the restaurant, the upcoming location will feature outdoor space while bringing Brett's signature casual dining experience to a new setting. The project is currently under development and has been promoted as "coming soon."

After nearly a decade in Athens, Akademia Brewing Company announced it will permanently close following its final day of service on June 28. The West Athens brewery first opened in 2017 and has become known for its craft beer, food menu and community events.

📣 Fisher reflects on historic election
