Massage Envy

I'm gonna be strait forward, I was going to give a 1 star review about my experience but that wouldn't be a true reflection of my whole experience. 1 star because It wasn't the greatest massage, it wasn't the worst either. TO BE FAIR!! Amanda mentioned she had injured her arm recently so she couldn't apply max amount of pressure. Her massage techniques were on point though, it's that she didn't focus on my lower back which I stated was a main area to focus on as well as my neck. My neck does feel slightly less tight so I'll give her props for that. The biggest reason for rating Amanda's massage a 1 was that she didn't remove the blanket covering me for a lot of the massage, which was odd. I've never received a massage through a blanket before. Besides that, the overall environment I would rate a 4.5! The receptionists were incredibly friendly and assisted my partner and I immediately upon walking into the establishment. The ambiance was quite lovely and they had tea for those in the quiet area while they waited.

Dakotah is legit a muscle magician! I've had 2 sessions with him in the last week and a half and have another scheduled on Monday. He has been able to help me with issues no one else has been able to. If I lived here full time I would see him every week. Also, Ida is a wonderful manager and has made sure I've been pleased since I walked in the door before I even bought a package. I highly recommend this Massage Envy location.

Dakotah was extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the muscular system. His deep tissue work was excellent… he really knows how to use his hands with intention. As someone who lifts weights, my muscles carry a lot of tension, and he knew exactly how to release it. I will definitely be coming back.
