Above Barre

I love the classes at Above Barre. I have been going 3 times per week for 4 months and have noticed a smaller waist line, toned legs, arms, and thighs, and increased energy and flexibility. The real upside is that the workouts are so fun and it's easy to ratchet up in skill as your strength and flexibility improves. Once I found the instructors I loved, I got addicted.

Love Above Barre! I've been going 2-3 times a week for a year now and notice a huge difference! The instructors make it fun and I love that they give you 3 levels to each exercise so you can push yourself however you feel that day. Great, relaxing stretching session at the end that keeps you from getting too sore and leaves you feeling refreshed!

Above Barre is great! I've been seven times the past three weeks and have only had awesome experiences. I can already feel my core has strengthened and my back is stronger. The instructors are wonderful and keep each hour-long class fast paced, exciting, and packed full of different exercises (with modifications if you need it) with a very calming cool-off session at the end. And I really appreciate that they explain what muscle group we are working on. The ladies at the front desk are great, too, and always have a smile ready. I'll definitely be signing up for the unlimited monthly membership -- It is so addictive I want to go everyday! They also offer free child care and membership to the Omni Club as part of their monthly membership.
